injection mold

What is Injection Molding?
Ideal for Mass Production
Injection molding is a manufacturing process used to produce large quantities of identical plastic parts. Melted plastic is injected under high pressure into a metal mold, where it cools and solidifies into the desired shape. It’s the go-to method for making everything from bottle caps to car parts quickly and cost-effectively at high volumes.
Advantages of Injection Molding:
High-speed production, perfect for thousands to millions of parts
Excellent precision and consistency part-to-part
Low cost per part once the mold is made
Works with a wide range of plastics

Injection Molding Capabilities
Rapid Tooling
Best for low-volume production. Uses aluminum inserts that last up to 20,000 parts. Mold making takes about 1–2 weeks. This option helps shorten the overall production time.
Production Tooling
A stable and reliable solution for mass production. Mold machining typically takes 3–4 weeks. Tool life can reach up to 100,000 parts.
Multi-Cavity Molds
Multiple identical cavities are built into one mold. This allows several parts to be made in a single shot. It boosts production speed and lowers the cost per part.
Overmolding
Adds an extra layer of material over an existing molded part. Often used for soft-touch grips, two-color parts, or improved function.
